Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will craft and execute a sales strategy that is instrumental in achieving our business goals. The successful candidate will be adept at managing clients and fostering enduring relationships with them. This role demands a profound understanding of the B2B gambling market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- One of the key responsibilities of the Sales Manager is to actively identify and pursue new business opportunities. This involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new deals, showcasing the proactive and entrepreneurial nature of the role.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Lead negotiations with clients, preparing and finalizing contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Gather and continuously analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in B2B sales in the iGaming market
- In-depth knowledge of the iGaming sector and its market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- English language skills at B2 level or higher.
- Additional language knowledge would be a plus.
