Latin America Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Latin America Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and develop strategic plans to achieve our business objectives in the Latin American market. As the Latin America Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing campaigns in the region, from concept development to execution, and ensuring alignment with our company's goals and target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Latin American market to promote our products, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Latin American gaming industry and develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs in Latin America.
  • Manage all aspects of the marketing mix in the region, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events, to maximize reach and impact.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including localized website content, sales materials, presentations, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive customer engagement in Latin America.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives in Latin America and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders in Latin America to enhance brand visibility and generate positive publicity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing in Latin America and identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our marketing efforts in the region.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in Latin America that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Latin American gaming market, cultural nuances, consumer behaviors, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing software and technologies.
